1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using woow.games (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of the service

Woow Games is a free online portal that allows visitors to play HTML5 games embedded from third-party providers, primarily the GamePix network. The Site is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Site if you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Minors should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian. Games suitable for younger audiences are clearly listed in the "Kids" category.

4. Intellectual property

All games available on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are licensed to us through the GamePix publisher network. The Woow Games name, logo, design and original written content (descriptions, articles) are the property of Woow Games and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national or international law
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, accounts, computer systems, or networks
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers or networks (including using bots or automated scripts)
  • upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
  • scrape, copy, or republish content without permission
  • circumvent advertising or attempt to manipulate ad impressions

6. Third-party content and links

Games are loaded inside iframes from third-party servers (GamePix). We do not control the content delivered inside those iframes. The Site may also display advertising provided by third parties such as Google AdSense and the GamePix advertising stack. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woow Games and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Site.

9. Modifications to the service

We reserve the right to add, remove, modify or replace any games, features, or content at any time without prior notice. We may also temporarily or permanently discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, with or without notice.

10. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws of the visitor's country of residence within the European Union, and otherwise by international standards of fair use.
